We've mounted one of our Ultra-miniature SPDT slide switches in the under-belly of this N-Scale Kato Amtrak Superliner passenger car. This allows us to turn on/off end-of-train lights that were added to one end of the car in place of the stock red plastic simulated lights. Click on the Photos link for our colored Micro LED products to see the lights in action.

Being the Smoking Coach, we would normally run this car at the end of the train with the EOT lights on. However, we may also setup to run RoadRailer Trailers at the end for mail or express cargo. In this case, we can easily (and inexpensively) turn off the EOT feature.
