Changes in pricing for straightened stainless steel wire
Due to substantial price increases in both material and manufacturing costs we must increase our prices effective January 23, 2012 for our N2104-10 straightened 0.004" diameter wire and our N2112-10 straightened 0.012" wire.
Material costs for stainless steel have risen dramatically over the last 24 months (due primarily to China's raw material acquisitions). Additionally, the domestic manufactures we use have had to replace and upgrade their equipment which has added to the cost of their manufacturing.
The somewhat good news is that even though pricing has had to increase, it is (we feel) still priced very affordably as 10-packs for our customers.
Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
