To place an order by mail, include Part Number, Description, and Quantity with your check or money order. Please include $3.00 for shipping* (FREE shipping for orders over $100.00) and mail to:

To place an order by phone, call (360) 687-6224. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Novus and PayPal. A $3.00 shipping* charge will be added to orders under $100.00.

Prompt Delivery:

It is our strict policy to maintain adequate inventory of all products at all times. Part of our Thank You for your order is to ship it right after you order it.

We are proud to report that since our inception in September of 2002, we have shipped orders within 48 hours of receipt more than 95% of the time! This includes dealers and distributors.

Our standard method of shipment is via the US Postal Service. We have found this to be a highly reliable and cost effective way to get our product to you, typically within 1 to 4 business days for domestic orders. Should you special shipping requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.), we will be happy to accommodate, however, any additional freight costs will be added to the order.

International orders:

Our hobby is enjoyed the world over and we are happy to ship to you wherever you reside. Our preferred International shipping method is to use International First Class Mail provided by the US Postal Service. It is quite inexpensive (in most cases less than $10.00), with speedy delivery (usually about 1 week).

If you purchase online through our secure server, it will be treated as a domestic order and add $3.00 shipping/handling for orders under $100.00. Depending on your shipping destination country and the size (weight) of the order, we will quickly email you with the additional freight costs. If you wish, we can simply charge your credit card for the additional freight (with your approval by return email) and immediately process your shipment.

Our policy on checks:

Please allow time for your check to clear at our bank. Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared. There will be a $25.00 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.
